Electronic submission of tax reports

DebitCredit can act as your authorised tax representative which enables us to sign and submit most documents on your behalf. This means more of your time is free to focus on your business instead of submitting 48 signatures under your Fiscal Reports sent through the Russian Post Office. 

Electronic submission of your tax reports in Russia is a right given to any legally registered company under federal law. Although there are small additional associated costs, it provides significant advantages for your business.

What are the costs?

• You must pay an initial fee equivalent to approximately 100 Euros to create an electronic account with the tax office
• You will also need to pay an extra fee  15 Euros per month over the regular fees payable to DebitCredit.
• Your electronic filing will be done through TaxCom an officially authorised company for secure submitting fiscal report. TaxCom use 'Splinter' software for submitting your fiscal report to the tax authorities.
